Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Delivery Coordinator to manage budgets and project delivery at our facilities.

This key role involves ensuring contractual obligations are met, while fostering strong relationships with customers to deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Coordinate all project works, ensuring proper records from contractors.
  • Manage financial budgets, purchase orders, and receipting to maintain financial accountability.
  • Develop and price minor works and modification projects.
  • Deliver approved minor works and modification projects on time.
  • Liaise with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Detailed knowledge of general building maintenance and trades.
  • Preferably, experience working in critical environments.
  • Ability to develop site-specific documentation and quality assurance information.
