HSE Project Delivery Coordinator

This role acts as the central coordination point between internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, timely, and compliant delivery of all agreed outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of approved safety improvement strategies
  • Oversee project planning, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet objectives
  • Facilitate planning sessions, workshops, and review meetings
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for internal and external stakeholders
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with contractors, partners, and stakeholders
  • Monitor risks and apply proactive mitigation strategies
  • Support communications planning and the industry-wide release of safety materials

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project coordination or delivery within a construction, safety, or related environment
  • Strong understanding of HSE principles and regulatory commitments
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and coordinating across internal and external teams
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and quality standards effectively
  • Tertiary qualification in project management, communications, or HSE (desirable)
