We are seeking an experienced Delivery Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects from sales handover through to delivery.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within construction or manufacturing. They will possess strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret plans and technical documents.

  • Coordinate the delivery process of each project from sales handover through to installation-ready delivery, ensuring all requirements are clearly documented and executed.
  • Act as the central point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Schedule and oversee project timelines, proactively identifying risks and removing obstacles to meet delivery commitments.

This is predominantly an office-based role with occasional site visits to confirm details and maintain client relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Project Delivery, Project Coordination, or similar role within construction, manufacturing, or a related technical environment.
  • Proven experience coordinating project milestones across multiple stakeholders and disciplines.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and an engineering mindset to interpret plans and technical documents.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
