About Us

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Risk and Compliance Partner. This is a senior 1st Line risk role responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of risk and compliance activities across our division.

The successful candidate will be a change leader and influencer, assisting in the further embedment of our operational risk and compliance strategy, uplift of risk maturity within our Securities and Payments division, and ensuring risk is considered in key operational decisions and process design.

About The Role

  • Gaining an in-depth understanding of our end-to-end Clearing and Settlement Facilities Businesses
  • Becoming a trusted advisor to our S&P Business teams and Senior Leadership Team on risk, compliance, risk in change, and control initiatives and improvements
  • Working with key senior stakeholders within Securities and Payments and across our organization to further embed the Operational Risk Management and Compliance Frameworks
  • Servicing the delivery of risk and compliance reporting including external regulatory and audit requirements
  • Servicing management in maintaining rich risk data in our GRC system
  • Performing data analysis and sharing insights for input into business risk reporting
  • Encouraging and facilitating effective use of risk management tools
  • Partnering with our Enterprise Risk Management, Project Risk Management, and Enterprise Compliance teams to deliver an integrated approach to risk and compliance
