Compliance Specialist


Role Overview:

This position involves working as a key member of the Compliance team to ensure risk and compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements for Australia and New Zealand.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) for CSC entities in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Provide independent sound risk & compliance advice and support on client acceptance.
  • Liaise with local regulators and conduct risk & compliance monitoring.
  • Liaise and deal with Internal Audit inspections or enquiries.
  • Conduct risk & compliance investigations and inductions to new staff.

About You:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional with a degree in Law, Accounting, Finance or related discipline, minimum 5 years' experience in compliance, solid experience in managing risk & compliance framework, and sound knowledge of local regulations.
