Senior Risk and Compliance Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Risk and Compliance Expert to join our organization in Sydney.
The successful candidate will provide high-level risk and compliance advice, ensuring our organization meets its legislative, regulatory, and compliance requirements. They will also embed effective risk and compliance frameworks across the organization.
Your New Role- Contribute to the successful implementation of our Strategic Plan within your team.
- Manage the implementation of our enterprise Risk Management Framework.
- Facilitate the maintenance of strategic and operational risk registers.
- Help embed systematic identification, assessment, and mitigation of risk in business-as-usual practice across the organization.
- Provide advice and support to increase maturity in risk management, achieve best practice, and ensure compliance with legal, employment, and governance requirements.
To be successful, you will need:
- Relevant tertiary qualification/s and/or experience in risk and compliance in a similar sector.
- Experience in implementing best practice risk and compliance frameworks.
- Project management experience in a similar environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
