Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant with a passion for delivering quality personal assistant and administration work. The ideal candidate will have a drive for excellence and the ability to add value to our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing patient medical records in accordance with industry standards
  • Personal Assistant duties including minute taking, diary management, travel arrangements, expense management, and correspondence management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously
  • Valid Australian driver's license
  • Stock management and staff management when required
  • Maintaining accurate, confidential, and up-to-date client records
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Suite skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in MYOB

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' prior full-time experience in a similar role
  • Solid proficiency with the MS Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Collaboration with allied health professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is around $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Techforce Personnel offers a competitive remuneration package, which includes opportunities for professional growth and development.
