We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Officer to join our team at Strategy One Human Resources. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary between $60,000 and $70,000 depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the completion of daily tasks related to customer orders and inquiries.
- Contribute to the overall progression of the Customer Service Team by being innovative and positive, providing ideas and resolutions to problems faced.
- Process sales orders, credit notes, and quotations.
- Action emails and phone calls based on priority in a timely manner.
- Provide order confirmations with updates on pricing, inventory availability, and despatch timing.
- Highly enthusiastic towards providing excellent customer service with a friendly communication style.
- High energy personality with a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help fellow team members.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Good understanding of mathematics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including interacting confidently, clearly, and articulately at all levels, and accurately interpreting information.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with high levels of emotional intelligence, able to engage stakeholders, influence positively, and challenge respectfully.
