Executive Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an administrative professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support services to our executives.

  • Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional administrative support, ensuring efficient and effective operations throughout the organization.
About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

  1. Salary: $40-$58 per hour + Super (inclusive of 25% casual loading)
  2. Flexible Work Arrangements: Typical contract duration is four months with extension opportunities available
  3. Location: Urban locations with easy access to public transportation

Key Responsibilities

As an APS4, APS5 or APS6 Executive Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing presentations
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives
  • Preparing reports and managing communication
  • Engaging with stakeholders on behalf of executives
Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in providing high-level executive support
  • Discreet and confidential nature
  • Australian citizenship
