State Street is seeking a seasoned professional to join its APAC Custody team as a Global Custody Product Strategist. This role requires an individual with deep domain expertise in Global Custody and experience in product management.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute the custody product strategy in APAC, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Maintain and evolve the product definition for Global Custody products, ensuring alignment with market trends and client needs.
  • Engage with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform product development and strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Securities Services/Global Custody, with a strong track record in product management or similar roles.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and geographies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights that inform product decisions.
