Job Description

This exciting role involves overseeing the routine financial function, while being directly involved in complex commercial matters and strategic direction of the business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring timely financial and management reports are prepared for the company
  • Planning and directing long-term financial goals, evaluating existing plans and strategies
  • Partnering with the CEO on treasury, financing and debt management strategies
  • Leading a large team across financial accounting, tax, treasury, finance operations and FP&A

The ideal candidate will be a top-tier finance executive with a proven background as a CFO or Finance Director, possessing experience working in VC/PE-backed companies, M&A, and preparing businesses for exits.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record as a CFO or Finance Director in a VC/PE-backed company
  • M&A experience and ability to negotiate purchase agreements
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience leading large teams
  • Sector-specific experience in technology or SaaS highly regarded
