Highly Skilled Implementation Specialist, Vice President, State Street Global Advisors

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Client Implementation Manager, Vice President. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and coordination skills to ensure successful implementation of business changes and new business installations for SSGA in Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the processing of all new mandate onboarding and asset transitions across clients managed by SSGA Australia.
- Drive accountability and maintain the highest standards of conduct and integrity within the business.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, acting as an escalation point for workstream issues.
- Continuously challenge current processes and controls to reduce complexity and improve efficiency.
- Develop and maintain mutually beneficial collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A relevant degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Financial Services, with a strong technical knowledge of client onboarding, transitions, and project coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence senior stakeholders.
We offer a competitive salary of $180,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including medical insurance, retirement savings plan, and flexible work programs.
