With a focus on performance optimisation, you'll analyse vehicle performance data, collaborate with motor assessors and repairer networks, and drive efficiency, reduce repair times, and deliver cost-effective, high-quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Completing vehicle damage assessments
  • Managing a group of network smash repairers
  • Overseeing the quality of the claims process
  • Ensuring compliance with legislation
  • Detecting and reducing fraud
  • Achieving fast turnaround times and controlling costs

Requirements:

  • A motor trade qualification in Panel Beating and/or Spray Painting is essential
  • Experience in a similar role will be a bonus
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Audanet experience (preference)
