  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages in a timely manner
  • Issue and programme access passes for visitors to the building
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment at all times
  • Welcoming and signing in visitors with a smile, providing exceptional customer service
  • Assisting with procurement of facility supplies, ensuring cost-effective solutions
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with safety and security procedures
  • Setting up meeting rooms as required, ensuring seamless event planning
  • Providing support for events and conferences, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously, prioritise tasks effectively and demonstrate a strong attention to detail.
