About this role
As a Front Desk Professional, you will oversee financial operations, reviewing reports and investigating discrepancies. You will also manage daily revenues against guest receipts and reports, identifying and resolving any anomalies. Additionally, you will provide exceptional guest service, handling check-in/out, answering queries, and assisting with night audit duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and check them in/out of the hotel
- Balance daily revenue and expense transactions
- Assist with night audit duties, such as reconciling accounts receivable and posting charges
- Support the manager on duty in emergency situations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in hospitality or accounting
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Pride in ensuring accuracy and quality in work
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Able to work flexible hours, including rotating shifts
- Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and conflicts under pressure
