Job Summary

We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to provide exceptional support to our clients. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the first impression for all visitors, employees, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist all visitors, employees, and contractors in a friendly, professional manner
  • Manage reception desk operations, including phone and visitor enquiries
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area
  • Manage security protocols including issuing visitor badges and monitoring access
  • Coordinate mail and courier services
  • Deliver high standards in line with expectations
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience & Background
    • Previous experience in Reception, Concierge, Customer Service, or Hospitality roles is highly regarded
    • Strong MS Office skills, especially Outlook, are essential
  • Attributes
    • Confident, articulate, and professional communication skills
    • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
    • High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation
