Job Description

Delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hotel environment is key to our success. As a Guest Service Agent, you will provide warm welcomes and fond farewells, ensuring guests feel valued and appreciated throughout their stay.

From handling guest enquiries and requests to managing room allocations and updating reservations, your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will make all the difference in creating an exquisite experience for our guests.

As a member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for providing information about hotel facilities, available rooms, rates, and amenities, as well as handling all guest enquiries, requests, and comments in a timely and professional manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong focus on customer service with a Luxury Hotel background is advantageous
  • Strong computer skills; fluent with Microsoft Office and experience with Opera is highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written; fluency in English is required
  • Prior experience in Hotel Front Office operations or similar is preferred
