Customer Service Ambassador Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic professional to fill the position of Customer Service Ambassador. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors with a warm, welcoming attitude.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism.
  • Provide information and support to clients, ensuring an outstanding experience.
  • Handle administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations at the Front Desk.
  • Support and care for students with First Aid in the Health Centre.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles is beneficial.

What We Offer:

  • Full-time role over 5 days during school term weeks.
  • Two extra pre-term weeks.
  • Four weeks paid annual leave (46 weeks).
