Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the candidate and client experiences throughout the recruitment life cycle.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive reporting using Excel and PowerPoint, utilizing various data sources and tools.
  • Develop executive search tools and documents, including candidate slates and Statements of Work (SOW) for Hiring Managers.
  • Offer executive support assistance to the Global Talent Acquisition Leader, including diary management, travel arrangements, and expenses.
  • Manage the organization of candidate and client experiences during the Executive Search candidate life cycle.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure an optimum colleague experience, including complex interview scheduling.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with C-Suite Executives, stakeholders, and clients to deliver high-level professional services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
