Job Description:


As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.


You will source, screen, and assess candidates to identify the best talent for various roles within the organization.


Additionally, you will manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.


Your goal will be to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.


Collaborating with HR colleagues, you will enhance recruitment processes, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement.


To achieve this, you will utilize recruitment metrics and data analysis to track performance and identify areas for optimization.


Qualifications and Skills:


To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role is required.


Proven experience working in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly desirable.


You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.


A high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality is essential.
