Job Overview

This role is for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team in Melbourne or Sydney. The successful candidate will have extensive experience working as a senior talent consultant within an in-house talent acquisition/recruitment function ideally from a media background.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and consultative recruitment professional who can lead and manage roles end-to-end. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a high-volume environment while providing support to their peers. They will also be responsible for identifying and maintaining competitive intelligence on key industry talent and building a talent 'database' to ensure we can quickly approach top talent ahead of our growth needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide insights, analytics, and reporting on talent trends across AUNZ in partnership with our Heads of People & Culture and Head of Talent Acquisition.
  2. Create and deliver a Talent Acquisition plan that shows in-depth understanding of Senior Leadership Team needs, wants, expectations, and idiosyncrasies.
  3. Identify, develop, and execute effective strategic hiring plans for critical, complex roles that have enterprise-wide impact.
  4. Research and implement new ways of working, processes, and technologies to build the talent pipeline across each agency encouraging a proactive approach to recruitment.
  5. Guide leaders to take greater accountability for engaging talent, ensuring a focus on DEI within talent practices.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience working as a senior talent consultant within an in-house talent acquisition/recruitment function ideally from a media background.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deal with ambiguity in a highly complex matrix structure.
  • Highly solutions-driven, adaptable, possessing a strong growth mindset.
  • Proven senior stakeholder management experience.
  • Loves data, speed, accuracy, and collaborative relationships at all times.
Salary Range

A competitive salary between $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
