We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Search and Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Marsh McLennan. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment life cycle.

Your Role

As an Executive Search and Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive Excel and PowerPoint reporting utilising a range of data sources and tools. You will maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and recruitment metrics. Additionally, you will prepare reports for internal stakeholders to track progress and outcomes.

You will also ensure the precise and accurate development of Executive Search tools and documents, including candidate slates and Statements of Work (SOW) for Hiring Managers. Furthermore, you will provide Executive Support assistance to the Global Talent Acquisition Leader, including diary management, travel and expenses etc.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reporting: Provide comprehensive Excel and PowerPoint reporting utilising a range of data sources and tools. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and recruitment metrics. Preparing reports for internal stakeholders to track progress and outcomes.
  • Tool and Document Development: Ensure the precise and accurate development of Executive Search tools and documents, including candidate slates and Statements of Work (SOW) for Hiring Managers.
  • Executive Assistance: Provide Executive Support assistance to the Global Talent Acquisition Leader including diary management, travel and expenses etc.
  • Candidate and Client Journey Management: Oversee the organization of candidate and client experiences during the Executive Search candidate life cycle.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with a variety of stakeholders to ensure an optimum colleague experience including complex interview scheduling. Organize and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring that all logistical details are managed effectively.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with C-Suite Executives, stakeholders, and clients to deliver high-level professional services and ensure effective candidate and client relationship management.
  • Applicant Tracking System Management: Manage and update information in our Applicant Tracking System (Workday) for a range of activities.

Estimated Salary Range:$80,000 - $110,000 per annum + benefits
