About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at Talent Web. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our recruitment strategy and implementing end-to-end processes.

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per annum + superannuation

Job Description

As a successful Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, your duties will include:

  • Developing and managing full recruitment cycles, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Managing and improving our recruitment system for efficient and transparent workflows.
  • Assisting in developing career pathing frameworks and personal development plans for employees to promote internal mobility and succession planning.
  • Collaborating with our communications team to promote a strong employer brand that attracts top talent.
  • Tracking and reporting on recruitment and learning and development metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and employee training outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent development, or a similar HR role.
  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Previous experience implementing end-to-end recruitment processes.
