Job DescriptionAs an Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining and growing a network of hiring managers and talent. Your focus will be to support your network as a true recruitment business partner, helping them to headhunt top talent that will enable them to build high-performing teams.
Your responsibilities will include recruitment, business growth, client relationship management, and talent relationship management. You will work collaboratively with your team to execute on strategic business growth plans and contribute to the broader business strategy.
Required Skills & QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 2+ years' experience in agency recruitment, with a strong background in business development, candidate management, and job management. You should also have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
You will be a proactive sales professional with a strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities. A collaborative and hungry-to-grow mindset is essential, as is a commitment to delivering exceptional results and exceeding targets.
