Here at EBR, we're looking for a skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in implementing talent management strategies and initiatives in Australia to find top talent for our growing team.

 

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional with a passion for recruitment to fill key positions in our Australian team. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for designing winning sourcing strategies, executing onboarding activities, and sharing insights on organizational structure and recruitment strategy with the People & Culture team.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to fill critical positions within the Australian team in collaboration with the People and Culture lead.
  • Execute onboarding activities in a timely and efficient manner to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Provide insights on organizational structure and recruitment strategy to inform decision-making within the People & Culture team.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify business objectives and hiring needs, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experiences, representing the company as a brand ambassador during interactions with potential candidates.

 

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the recruitment field.
  • Previous experience working in the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of candidate selection methods and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
  • Ability to handle multiple hiring projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and Mandarin due to local hiring requirements.
  • Good practices of confidentiality and integrity.

 

What We Offer

We're committed to providing a competitive package that includes an estimated salary range of AU$95,000 - AU$115,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as access to ongoing training and development opportunities, flexible work arrangements, and a dynamic work environment.
