We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Search Coordinator and Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a pivotal role in shaping our recruitment efforts. This position is essential for ensuring a seamless and efficient process, fostering strong relationships with both candidates and clients, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

About the Role
  • Reporting: Provide comprehensive reporting utilizing a range of data sources and tools, maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and recruitment metrics.
  • Tool and Document Development: Ensure the precise and accurate development of Executive Search tools and documents, including candidate slates and Statements of Work (SOW) for Hiring Managers.
  • Executive Assistance: Provide support to the Global Talent Acquisition Leader, including diary management, travel, and expenses, as well as general administrative support to the executive search team.
  • Candidate and Client Journey Management: Oversee the organization of candidate and client experiences during the Executive Search candidate life cycle.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure an optimum colleague experience, including complex interview scheduling.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with C-Suite Executives, stakeholders, and clients to deliver high-level professional services and ensure effective candidate and client relationship management.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on experience.
