Insurance Claims Liaison Specialist

Deliver exceptional service to Hostplus members and claimants as an Insurance Claims Coordinator in our dynamic team based in Melbourne. This role offers a unique chance to make a meaningful impact on the retirement journey of our members.
About You- You bring significant experience in claims administration and case management, with a specific focus on handling death claims.
- Your proactive approach ensures strong relationships are built and maintained with stakeholders, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration.
- With a comprehensive understanding of superannuation and life insurance products, you navigate complex situations with confidence and expertise.
- Your adept negotiation and problem-solving skills enable you to effectively manage escalated situations, ensuring resolutions are reached promptly and professionally.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, allow you to articulate complex information clearly and concisely, fostering understanding and trust with claimants.
- You have a proven track record of contributing to operational efficiency and effectiveness, consistently meeting and exceeding performance targets.
- Your ability to manage declined claims and complaints demonstrates your commitment to providing a positive claim experience and driving continuous improvement.

What We Offer- A competitive salary range of AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per annum.
