The Role
We are seeking a skilled In-House Insurance Lawyer to join our client, an independent specialist claim manager providing innovative outsourced claim management services across all lines of general insurance.
As an In-House Insurance Lawyer, you will be responsible for managing general liability claims across a portfolio of Australian and international insurers. You will assess liability and financial exposure over a full range of insurance claims and manage resolution accordingly.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years PQE and previous experience in insurance litigation, preferably with exposure to general liability claims involving personal injury, property damage, and professional indemnity.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a corporate environment with autonomy to run your own case load, while being supported by Senior Managers. The role offers the chance to further develop your career in an in-house setting with a culture of collaborative support and great flexibility.
