Job Description

We are seeking experienced rehabilitation consultants to deliver high-quality vocational rehabilitation services across workers' compensation, CTP, and government-funded programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional and vocational assessments to develop tailored return-to-work plans.
  • Provide counseling and support for physical and psychological injuries.
  • Liaise with employers, insurers, and health professionals to ensure effective case management.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and meet compliance standards.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy or a related field.
  • Relevant professional registration with APHRA or ESSA.
  • Significant experience in occupational rehabilitation with a proven track record as a contractor.
  • Strong communication and case management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload.
