We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team at Yorke and Northern Local Health Network.
About the RoleThis is a casual position that will provide administrative support to our healthcare services. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for managing the hospital switchboard and reception area, creating and maintaining resident records, and contributing to the efficient resident management system.
You will also be required to maintain accurate data entry into Chiron and Working Systems, develop and maintain spreadsheets, and create documents using Microsoft Office. Additionally, you will provide confidential and professional secretarial and administrative support to executive level staff.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to healthcare services
- Manage the hospital switchboard and reception area
- Create and maintain resident records
- Contribute to the efficient resident management system
- Maintain accurate data entry into Chiron and Working Systems
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets
- Create documents using Microsoft Office
- Provide confidential and professional secretarial and administrative support to executive level staff
To be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience in office administration processes and procedures. This includes experience in computer software packages, including word processing, desktop publishing, Microsoft Excel, and email. You must also have sound data entry skills.
