Administrative Support Role
This position involves providing high-quality administrative support to the hospital team. Key responsibilities include managing the hospital switchboard, maintaining accurate data entry, and developing and maintaining spreadsheets and Microsoft Office documents.
Key Requirements
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team and with diverse stakeholders
- Empathy for individuals, integrity, confidentiality, and commitment to consumer needs
- Experience in providing professional secretarial and administrative support to executive level staff
- Sound data entry skills and proficiency in computer software packages
- Demonstrated ability to cope with a high volume of work and constant changes of priorities
- Bright and friendly demeanor with the willingness to assist with all customer and client enquiries
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Yorke and Northern Local Health Network team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across multiple sites, including Orroroo, Jamestown, and Peterborough.
