The Role
- Lead our existing key client relationships and develop new business opportunities through networking and market engagement.
- Contribute to the senior management team in Adelaide, providing strategic leadership and guidance to the team.
- Develop and grow exceptional people within your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Work closely with our wider business, providing support and expertise where required.
- Demonstrate excellence in service delivery leadership, taking ownership of your deliverables and ensuring all commitments are met.
- Participate in the development of the business plan and drive the delivery of P&L targets.
- Demonstrate our Purpose, Vision & Values in your everyday activities, setting an example for excellence.
Requirements
- A recognised degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management (desired).
- MRICS / AIQS qualified with considerable industry experience.
- A track record of engaging and influencing clients at a senior level.
- A clear understanding of and ability to implement strategy for growth, with relevance to the local market context.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop an inclusive team.
- The ability to demonstrate focus on developing individuals within your team to achieve career growth ambitions.
- Experience of leading and successfully delivering cost management commissions.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills.
- A demonstrable reputation for challenge, innovation, and continued improvement.
Compensation Package
Our compensation package includes an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, superannuation, and professional development opportunities.
