Job Description:

The Receptionist role is a critical component of our organization, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. This dynamic position requires effective communication, multitasking, and administrative skills to ensure seamless business operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple client lines, making bookings and performing administrative tasks with precision.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via inbound and outbound calls, call transfers, and timely communication.
  • Ensure prompt responses to messages and maintain organized inboxes for both Virtual Office Solutions and clients.
  • Liaise directly with clients for administrative and reception support, leveraging 10+ online booking systems.
Requirements:
  • At least one year of experience in a reception or customer service capacity.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, including proficiency in Google Suite and associated products.
  • Basic IT troubleshooting abilities and the capacity to utilize multiple software products simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
  • Organizational expertise, attention to detail, and exceptional multitasking abilities.
  • Courteous and pleasant phone voice, ideal for handling high-pressure situations.
Work Environment:
