Coastal Medical Imaging has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic person to join our team. We are seeking an individual who has a passion for developing strong customer engagement and increase brand awareness.

**About the Role**

As a Medical Liaison Officer, your primary responsibilities will include promoting a patient and referrer centric culture. Assisting in the design and execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns, including referrer meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop strong customer engagement and increased brand awareness.
- Liaise effectively with key stakeholders, management, medical, clinical/technical and administrative support employees both internally and externally.
- Ensure feedback is communicated throughout the organisation to facilitate ongoing quality and service improvements.
- Promote a patient and referrer centric approach to marketing.
- Assist with design and execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Provide analysis and trend patterns on a monthly basis.

**About You**
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to recognise and identify marketing opportunities.
- Previous experience in customer service/sales/marketing roles preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience in healthcare an advantage
