Job Title: Medical Liaisons Officer

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Medical Liaisons Officer. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting a patient-centric culture by working closely with stakeholders to design and execute marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong customer engagement and increased brand awareness through effective communication and marketing strategies.
  • Liaise effectively with key stakeholders, management, medical, clinical/technical and administrative support employees both internally and externally to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.
  • Ensure feedback is communicated throughout the organisation to facilitate ongoing quality and service improvements by gathering and analysing data to inform business decisions.
  • Promote a patient and referrer centric approach to marketing by understanding customer needs and preferences.
  • Assist with design and execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide analysis and trend patterns on a monthly basis to inform business decisions and improve performance.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to recognise and identify marketing opportunities. Previous experience in customer service/sales/marketing roles is preferred but not essential.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality to ensure accuracy and consistency in all aspects of the job.
  • Experience in healthcare an advantage but not essential.
