Our client is a fast-growing property and lending business helping Australians access homeownership in new ways. We work closely with mortgage brokers and customers to deliver a modern, customer-focused solution in the finance sector.
The Role
You will build and grow relationships with mortgage brokers nationwide, introducing them to our platform and driving adoption. Your focus will be outbound prospecting, booking qualified meetings, and creating opportunities for our senior Business Development Managers.
Conversations range from cold introductions to follow-ups with engaged brokers. You'll work alongside experienced BDMs (7–9 years in finance) who will help guide your approach and support deal conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage mortgage brokers via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify interest and set high-quality meetings for BDMs.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and track pipeline activity.
- Clearly explain the platform's benefits for brokers and their clients.
- Collaborate with BDMs to refine outreach and messaging.
- Achieve and exceed monthly activity and meeting targets.
About You
- 1–3 years' experience in BDR, sales, or finance-related roles.
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Quick to learn and explain financial products.
- Target-driven, curious, and resilient in the face of rejection.
