Talent Acquisition Specialist

This role is focused on sourcing exceptional retail talent for a luxury fashion brand. You will leverage your strong network to build resourcing pipelines and work closely with boutique teams.

  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle for Retail across Australia, partnering with Boutique Managers, Area Managers, and State Managers.
  • Lodge and manage job advertisements to attract top candidates.
  • Train Retail leaders on best practice in talent acquisition and interviewing.
  • Assist in onboarding and off-boarding processes.
  • Support Managers in identifying top talent and coach them on succession planning.
  • Proactively source retail talent through networking.
  • Organise and run state group interviews, including seasonal recruitment drives.

The ideal candidate has significant retail management experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for people and HR. They should be tech-savvy, able to work at pace, and have flexibility to travel four days a week.
