We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Leader to join our ANZ team at Okta, Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving customer success and growth in the ANZ region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Customer Success Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive customer retention and growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer success and growth in the ANZ region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and other functional teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and pain points.
  • Develop and implement processes and tools to improve customer success and efficiency.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure Okta's customers are well-positioned for success.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in customer success, leadership, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving customer success and growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
  • Experience working with cloud-based software and Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the ANZ market and customer needs.
