About the Role

Okta is seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our Customer Success team in ANZ. As the Director of Customer Success ANZ, you will be responsible for driving strategic customer relationships, fostering growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive growth and retention.
  • Lead a team of Customer Success Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop solutions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Okta's products and services to provide thought leadership to customers.
  • Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain customer success playbooks to guide the team in delivering high-quality outputs.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in customer success leadership roles, with a focus on driving growth and retention.
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organisational levels.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret customer data and identify trends.
  • Deep understanding of Okta's products and services, with the ability to provide thought leadership to customers.
