Dynamic Sales Team Leader for Business Growth

We believe in the power of teamwork to achieve our vision of redefining telco and changing its course. As our valued Telephone Account Management Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in driving sales initiatives and supporting a team of Telephone Account Managers to grow and succeed.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Cultivating an environment where the team can reach their full performance and career potential
- Responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and training new and existing team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel
- Monitoring, managing, and reporting on KPIs, trends, and insights to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvements
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive results and adhere to Salesforce management tasks and responsibilities
- Defining and prioritizing initiatives to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in telecommunications, with a strong understanding of the industry and market trends
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best
- The ability to coach and mentor individuals to improve their performance and achieve their goals
- A solutions-focused approach, using TPG's products and services to identify customer needs and deliver targeted solutions
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
We offer a competitive salary of around $120,000 per annum, plus benefits including flexible working arrangements, access to a free mobile plan, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
