Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Cultivating an environment where the team can reach their full performance and career potential
  • Responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and training new and existing team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel
  • Monitoring, managing, and reporting on KPIs, trends, and insights to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvements
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive results and adhere to Salesforce management tasks and responsibilities
  • Defining and prioritizing initiatives to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in telecommunications, with a strong understanding of the industry and market trends
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best
  • The ability to coach and mentor individuals to improve their performance and achieve their goals
  • A solutions-focused approach, using TPG's products and services to identify customer needs and deliver targeted solutions
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders

We offer a competitive salary of around $120,000 per annum, plus benefits including flexible working arrangements, access to a free mobile plan, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
