Senior Corporate Restructuring Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned corporate restructuring specialist to lead our advisory team in Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional client service, reporting directly to the partner
- Develop and implement strategies for complex transactions and business challenges
- Lead investigations, prepare reports for external stakeholders, and engage in legal activities
- Manage staff, develop an office, and drive fast progression opportunities
- 4-5+ years' experience in insolvency in Australia
- Strong technical knowledge of insolvency laws and procedures
- Excellent presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with informal turnaround or restructuring engagements
