Corporate Restructuring Specialist
">This is a key advisory role where you will play a crucial part in managing a broad range of corporate restructuring and insolvency engagements for a diverse spectrum of clients across different industries.
">As a Corporate Restructuring Specialist, you will be responsible for leading complex investigations, preparing and reviewing creditor reports, statutory reports, and independent business reviews, as well as undertaking and overseeing detailed financial analysis.
">You will also be involved in business development activities, including assisting Partners in preparing and pitching for new engagements, as well as being involved in presentations, marketing, and events.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:">- ">
- A university degree in a related discipline, such as Business/Commerce, Accounting or Finance, and/or relevant professional or overseas qualification(s)">
- Strong accounting background with extensive experience in corporate insolvency/restructuring">
- Experience in the conduct of business and financial forecast reviews for financiers or other stakeholders">
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience providing coaching and training to other team members">
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a willingness to learn and work as part of a collaborative team">
