Job Opportunity
We seek experienced managers to partner with our senior management team on corporate restructuring and turnaround engagements. This role involves coordinating and managing projects, briefing junior staff, and implementing best practices and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all assigned projects
- Brief junior staff on project requirements
- Implement a strong understanding of best practices and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and meet regulatory deadlines
- Oversee and coordinate realization of assets
- Conduct interviews with stakeholders
- Liaise with key stakeholders, including financiers, lawyers, and agents
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in corporate restructuring
- Completed or actively pursuing CAANZ/CPA qualification
- High ethical standards and strong sense of integrity
- Proven business development skills
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Exceptional communication and report-writing skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
