Senior Corporate Restructuring Specialist

Our team provides empathetic and tailored support to clients facing economic challenges, during what can be an emotionally overwhelming and rapidly evolving situation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage your own portfolio of corporate restructuring and insolvency matters, including managing all aspects of formal and informal engagements with support from other team members as appropriate
- Lead complex investigations, including source and application of funds, forensic tracing exercises, voidable transactions and insolvent trading reviews
- Prepare and review creditor reports, statutory reports and independent business reviews, and undertake and oversee detailed financial analysis
As a Manager you will play a key advisory role in our team and look after a broad range of corporate restructuring and insolvency engagements for a diverse spectrum of clients across different industries. You will manage relationships and collaborate with external stakeholders such as business owners investors lenders and solicitors and lead on innovative and commercial solutions to help our clients navigate and recover from adverse circumstances.
Requirements- University degree in a related discipline such as Business Commerce Accounting or Finance and or relevant professional or overseas qualification(s)
- Strong accounting background with extensive experience in corporate insolvency / restructuring
- Experience in the conduct of business and financial forecast reviews for financiers or other stakeholders
