Corporate Restructuring Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the Corporate Restructuring department.
About the RoleThis is a dynamic opportunity for a seasoned restructuring specialist to manage a portfolio of complex engagements, including formal and informal restructurings, insolvency matters, and corporate advisory services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of restructuring and insolvency matters, including managing formal and informal engagements with support from other team members as appropriate
- Lead complex investigations, including source and application of funds, forensic tracing exercises, voidable transactions, and insolvent trading reviews
- Prepare and review creditor reports, statutory reports, and independent business reviews, undertaking detailed financial analysis
- Participate in business development activities, assisting Partners in preparing and pitching for new engagements, and being involved in presentations, marketing, and events
- University degree in a related discipline, such as Business / Commerce, Accounting, or Finance, and/or relevant professional or overseas qualification(s)
- Strong accounting background with extensive experience in corporate insolvency / restructuring
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience providing coaching and training to other team members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a willingness to learn and work as part of a collaborative team
