The Restructuring and Insolvency Lawyer role involves working on complex restructuring matters with a leading global law firm to provide expert legal advice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in complex restructuring within the Restructuring & Insolvency group
  • Collaborate with teams on top-tier banking transactions and other corporate matters
  • Contribute to client service with commercial approach and strong analytical skills
Qualifications and Skills
  • 2-4 years' experience in restructuring and insolvency advisory, preferably in a top-tier firm or combination of both
  • Excellent communication, written and verbal
  • Solid drafting ability
  • Commercial approach with effective negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills
  • Ability to work as part of team and independently
