Corporate Restructuring Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our corporate restructuring efforts.
- This is an immediate client-facing role, offering exposure to a wide range of corporate insolvency matters and advisory transaction roles.
- The successful candidate will prepare reports for external stakeholders, lead investigations, and engage with legal teams.
- Join our Melbourne office from the ground up and be part of a growing team.
- Develop business management responsibilities, including staff development and office growth.
- Network and build business relationships, leveraging significant opportunities.
- Degree-qualified with CA/CPA qualifications (or nearing completion).
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in Australian insolvency.
- Strong technical knowledge of insolvency principles.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Prior experience supervising staff and leading investigations.
