We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restructuring and Insolvency Manager to join our team in Melbourne.


This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is passionate about solving complex problems and driving business growth through restructuring and insolvency expertise.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and analytical skills, with the ability to lead teams and drive results-oriented outcomes.


In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive financial analysis, developing and implementing restructuring plans, and providing expert advice to clients on corporate distress and insolvency matters.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and executing client engagements with responsibility for conducting accounting and financial analysis, assist clients through corporate distress, voluntary liquidations, restructurings and administrations.
  • Conducting specialist insolvency processes with confidence and attention to detail.
  • Providing exceptional client engagement skills and delivering high-quality results.
  • Supporting key team members on all engagements and contributing to business development initiatives.

Required qualifications and skills include:

  • 4-7 years of professional experience in restructuring or insolvency.
  • Tertiary qualifications in accounting or finance-related fields.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong financial analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
