You will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on sourcing and securing top talent for niche technical and specialist roles.

In employee relations, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining a positive work environment, managing complex cases with confidence, and providing support on disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.

About You

  • Experience working within a standalone HR role, managing the full HR function.
  • Tertiary qualification in HRM or related discipline.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively influence.
  • Experience within the tech or engineering sectors would be advantageous.
  • The ability to work full-time on site.
