This is a true HR Generalist position, offering the opportunity to engage in every aspect of the employee life cycle, from attraction to retention and beyond.
You will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on sourcing and securing top talent for niche technical and specialist roles.
In employee relations, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining a positive work environment, managing complex cases with confidence, and providing support on disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
About You
- Experience working within a standalone HR role, managing the full HR function.
- Tertiary qualification in HRM or related discipline.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively influence.
- Experience within the tech or engineering sectors would be advantageous.
- The ability to work full-time on site.
