About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Charterhouse. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing essential support and guidance across a broad range of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice on HR policies, processes, and procedures to employees.
  • Respond to tier 1 HR inquiries via a ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, contract management, and background checks.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance employee experience and promote self-service.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, with strong knowledge of Victorian employment law and Fair Work.
  • High attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Experience with HRIS, especially Workday, is highly preferred.

What We Offer:

  • $400 per day inclusive of super.
  • Hybrid work model (50% in-office, with an anchor day on Thursdays).
